Don’t you just wish Taco Tuesday was every day?! Since starting Casa Del Taco in 1984, Bill knew it was a great town and a fantastic location. After spending some time remodeling the building they got to work on recipes and bringing onboard staff members. And 35 years later, the family tradition continues with one of Bill’s son’s John, from helping out at the age of 13 washing dishes to now running the operation and expanding into a second location on Western Avenue.
